  Bought extended warranty to be told 2 months after purchasing car that I had 1 more day to use it (cost $700). also went in for repair and waited 1hr in driveway with no one coming near my car at 8:00 in morning.

  Agreed to have car corrected at 7.30am. Arrived on time to find the form had been revised to 7.40am without my knowledge. Then told mechanics start at 8.00am. Advised staff member why waste my time. That I had been lied to. All he gave me was lip and showed no empathy .. ie your not a customer who's time etc is valuable .. your just a number.....if we lie to you to make our business more efficient.. &^&%^ you... Facilities are good...papers to read, courtesy car if you want it, coffee machines .. tv....lots of staff so good for the community as they employ peeps.... Just the lies and lack of empathy makes me conclude.. trick me once shame on you... trick me twice shame on me

  Then went to pick up at 4 and waited till 4:45 to be served. If getting your car serviced you may have to take day off work. This is at wyong there Wyoming branch is much quicker.
